BSNL JTO NOTIFICATION 2018 RELEASED FOR 198 VACANCIES THROUGH GATE 2019
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has published advt no 12-1/2018-Rectt for direct recruitment to the post of JTO (Junior Telecom Officer). As per notification, BSNL is willing to recruit candidates to JTO post to 198 vacancies in Electrical and Civil. This is a special recruitment drive (SRD) for SC, ST, OBC candidates. Recruitment is on basis of GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2019 scores only. READ MORE: GATE 2019 scores will be used by multiple PSUs for recruitment processes.
JTO-Electrical and JTO-Civil posts are in IDA pay scale of Rs 16400-40500. Vacancies will be filled through valid GATE score 2019. Candidates who have BE / B.Tech qualification in Electrical or Civil engineering must appear in GATE exam 2019 opting for one paper from selected two disciplines of GATE paper codes that are EE and CE.

Interested candidates must go through detailed notification as it (will) have eligibility criteria, selection process, and other details. Candidates should fill online application form only after satisfying that they fulfill eligibility criteria.

GATE is national level exam conducted yearly by IITs and IISc in rotation. This year IIT Madras is conducting GATE 2019. Online application form has to be filled at GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System) that is at gate.iitm.ac.in. Registration for GATE 2019 started on September 1, 2018. Last date to apply without late fee is September 21, 2018.
Registration fee for GATE exam is Rs 750 for female candidates of all categories and all SC/ST/PwD categories. It is Rs 1500 for other candidates. Last date to fill online form with late fee is October 1, 2018. Late fee is Rs 500 in addition to normal fee amount.
