Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the response sheet for Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGL) today, January, 2017. The SSC CGL 2016 Tier 2 was conducted on November 30, 2016 to December 2, 2016. The response sheet released today include response sheets to candidates who gave a re-exam on January 12 and 13, 2017.

For the exam cycle starting 2016, SSC has introduced a descriptive paper for Tier 3. This descriptive paper will be for 100 marks and time allotted to complete the paper will be 60 minutes (1 hour). The paper will have essay, precis, application and letter. The paper will be bilingual. It can be answered in either English or Hindi.
The final merit will be prepared on overall performance in Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. Qualifying in all three tier is mandatory, but there will be no sectional cut offs.
SSC CGL 2016 is conducting the exam for vacancies in the ranks of Assistant Audit Officer, Inspector (Examiner) (CBEC), Income Tax Inspector (CBDT), Assistant (MEA), Compiler (Registrar General of India), Senior Secretariat Assistant, Accountant (Offices under C&AG, CGA & others), Tax Assistant (CBEC & CBDT), Statistical Investigator and Sub-Inspector (Central Bureau of Narcotics) among others.
