Become a CPA Australia requires the following three conditions:
First, by the CPA Society one needs to have a bachelor degree or above recognized. To apply to become CPA members of the Association, you must: complete a bachelor’s degree in business studies in Australian universities (almost all of Australia’s University of commercial professional degree programs have been recognized by the CPA Association); or Australian university to complete a bachelor’s of non-commercial degree plus a postgraduate diploma accredited CPA association or master degree programs conversion; or have a recognized non-Australian university degree, then completed a graduate diploma conversion to be certified or master degree programs.
The second point to complete the CPA professional examinations, required courses are 3 (Reporting and Professional Practice, Corporate Governance and Accountability, Business Strategy and Leadership), & 9 elective (insurance and audit services, business information management, financial accounting, financial reporting and information disclosure, bankruptcy and restructuring, pensions and personal finance planning, strategic management accounting, Taxation, Treasury study.)
Third point you have to work in the financial, accounting, financial management, financial advisory and other related areas of work . Second, you must have a working career guidance consultant, the consultant is basic conditions for the CPA or FCPA (senior CPA) and the consultant needs to be hasving5 years of industry experience.His mission is to help your career in the industry, until you become a qualified CPA. You can nominate yourself a guidance counselor can also help you specify your CPA Society.As a rule, you and your guidance counselor must get in contact at least every two months for more than 1 hour .Finally, you have to work in the industry for three years.
To become a CPA and CPA to keep the title, you also have to spend a year at least 40 hours by the CPA Association to participate in professional development courses (CPD), also must pay the appropriate annual fee, & comply with professional ethics.
