CAT 2015 exam was not that difficult and the CAT 2015 result are released on their official website. CAT 2015 Cut off percentile for top B-Schools is generally in the range from 80 to 100 for general category candidates. Around 1.80 lakh students appeared for the CAT 2015 examination in 115 exam centers across India. V K Giri, an electrical engineer from Bhopal scored 100 percentile in common admission test (CAT), the results of which were announced on Friday January 8. This is possibly the first time that a student from the state capital scored 100 percentile in CAT results.

A candidate’s CAT 2015 score card will be made available at the www.iimcat.ac.in The CAT score is valid till December 31, 2016 and the candidates’ scores will be made available till that time. CAT 2015 Result indicate section wise scaled scores and percentile obtained.

Steps to download the CAT 2015 result –

• Step 1: Go to http://iimcat.ac.in
• Step 2: Login as existing user:
• Step 3: Right click on the page and click on “View Source”
• Step 4: Do a Ctrl+F and search for ‘Percentile’
• Step 5: You should get 12 results. The first 3 are for Verbal ability, the next 3 are for Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, the next 3 for Quantitative Ability and the last 3 are for the overall percentile.

The CAT Result will furnish the following –

• Scaled scores for each section and total score
• Sectional percentile and total percentile
