Coventry University Launch New 50 Minute Free English Test (No IELTS Required)
We are pleased to announce a free, 50 minute English test that Coventry students can take.
This is the Pearson Versant English Test (PVET).
You can book your students onto this test HERE. They’ll receive access within 2 days of completing the form. They’ll receive their result within 5 days. They must have an offer letter. Students can retake the test if necessary.
Please note that the test video/audio technology is sensitive, and will detect any form of interference such as additional people in the same room, etc. and fail the student. They must take the test under exam conditions.
September updates:
- We are issuing CAS. The final enrolment date on our CAS is February 2021. This means that students can arrive in the UK up to Feb 2021!
- The final online enrolment dates are 28th Sept for Coventry, and 5th Oct for the London campus. Students must have at least enrolled online by these dates.
- Any time between Sept 2020 and Feb 2021 where the student is not in the UK must be studied online.
- This means that if a student wishes to enrol in the September intake, but faces delays, they can study online until this is solved, so long as they are in the UK by Feb 2021.
- If, for example, a student gets their visa/flight in November, they can start their studies in the UK from November, so long as they have been studying online since September.
