Course Description
This course covers the following topics: X-ray diffraction: symmetry, area groups, geometry of diffraction, construction aspects, phase issue, direct techniques, Patterson techniques, electron density charts, construction refinement, exactly how to develop good crystals, powder methods, limitations of X-ray diffraction methods, as well as structure data bases.
