GATE 2018 result declared at iitg.ac.in, farmer’s son tops the exam
GATE result 2018: The results of the GATE is published by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, March 16. All those candidates who had appeared for the same are required to check their respective scores at the official website – iitg.ac.in.
GATE Scorecard 2018, steps to check scores
- Step 1: Log on to the official website or click at appsgate.iitg.ac.in
- Step 2: In the provided fields, enter your enrollment ID/email address, password and captcha code
- Step 3: Click on submit
- Step 4: Your Scorecard will be displayed on the screen
- Step 5: Download the same and take a printout for future reference
The final answer keys were released on March 14 and the candidates can download the scorecard from March 20 onwards to May 31 from the GOAPS portal. No hard copies of the same will be issued. GATE score is valid for three years from the date of announcement of the results.

GATE 2018 Tentative Cut Offs Based On Past Trends GATE 2017 Results & Older
GATE 2018 Tentative Cutoff : The qualifying cutoff of GATE 2018 will be announced by the IIT Guwahati along with the result on March 17. The released GATE cutoff 2018 will consist of the minimum marks that the candidates will have to secure to qualify the examination. M.Tech aspirants can check the GATE 2018 cutoff on this page to know the minimum score that will allow them a chance of admissions at the IITs, NITs and other leading institutes. Candidates must also keep in mind that the GATE cutoff 2018 will be separate for qualifying and admissions. The authorities of each institute offering M.Tech admissions through GATE will also be releasing their individual GATE 2018 cutoff. GATE 2018 Answer Key
GATE 2018 Answer Key: Candidates awaiting the official answer key for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2018 can finally check it on the official website appsgate.iitg.ac.in. This year GATE is being conducted by IIT Guwahati. On February 14, the candidate’s response sheet for GATE 2018 was released on the GOPS portal. The candidates will be able to raise their questions and submit their challenge to the answer key from February 21 to February 23. GATE 2018 was held on February 3 and 4 and February 10 and 11. Results of GATE 2018 is expected to be out on 17 March 2018. Candidates will be able to download the scorecards from March 20 to May 31 from the GOAPS portal.
