JEE Main Cut off Marks 2016
JEE Main 2016 cut off will be announced in the last week of April after the JEE Main 2016 examination which will be
held on 3rd April 2016 (Pen Paper Based) and 9th–10th April 2016 (Computer Based Test). Download JEE Main 2016 Official Answer Key. Candidates would get accurate details of JEE Main cutoff 2016 only after publication of its result. Candidates that score above the JEE Main 2016 cutoff will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2016. Last year CBSE published the results and the cutoff for general category was 105 marks, which was 115 in 2014. JEE Main Cutoff rank is the last rank to be admitted in any course or in the merit list.

JEE Main 2016 Exam Pattern:
Paper 1:
JEE Main question paper of paper 1 comprises questions from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics, and all questions will have equal weightage. Check exam pattern below-

Candidates have to mark only one response for each question out of four responses given. One-fourth marks will be deducted for indicating incorrect response of each question. If no response is indicated for a question, then no deduction from the total score will be made.
Paper 2:
Paper 2 will consist of following three parts-
- Part I – Mathematics
- Part II – Aptitude Test
- Part III – Drawing Test
The exam will be of 3 hours duration.
