New Zealand education system is regarded as one of the world’s best education system, through schools, universities, mechanics institutes and other educational institutions providing quality education. The education system in New Zealand is based on the traditional education system in the UK, therefore a student can complete an undergraduate degree in NZ & pursue a masters degree in any English speaking country.

NZ Education System has levels & the levels are described below:
Level 1, 2 & 3 – Senior Secondary School
Level 4 – Certificate Courses
Level 5 & 6 – Diploma Courses ( After finishing school 12th)
Level 7 – Bachelors/ Graduate Diploma (after graduation)
Level 8 – Bachelors (Hons) / PostGraduate Diploma
Level 9 – Masters
Commencement Dates:
Generally there are two semesters in an academic year :
February – June & July – November
Although few schools do offer intakes on April & August as well.
