RRB NTPC Results 2016: The Railway Recruitment Board Will Hold A Second Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) For Various NTPC (Graduate) Category.

Latest Update (31/08/2016) – RRB NTPC results 2016: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Allahabad will release the updated answer keys and candidates’ response on the regional websites of the RRBs in September/October 2016. As per a notification, the Board is considering the objections marked by the candidates. While the Board hasn’t fixed the date of releasing the answer keys, it has notified the tentative months. The result will therefore, release in October, 2016.

The Railway Recruitment Board will hold a second stage computer Based Test (CBT) for various NTPC (graduate) category. Only those candidates who pass the first stage, that is, exams held from March 28 to May 3, 2016, will be called for the second test.

The final selection of the candidates will be based on the merit position that they have scored in the second stage CBT and/or result of aptitude test/ typing skill test wherever applicable.

Normalisation of marks will be done as per extant rules in first and second stage CBT. The second stage CBT is likely to include questions pertaining to general awareness, arithmetic, general intelligence and reasoning. The duration of the second stage CBT will be of 90 minutes covering 120 multiple choice objective questions.

RRB has released the notice regarding NTPC (Graduate) Exam (CEN 03/2015). As per the notification, Question Papers, Answer Keys and Candidates’ Response for the exam will be available on the websites of RRBs from 00:00 Hrs. of 12/08/2016 to 23:59 Hrs. of 19/08/2016. Objections to Question(s) and Key(s) can be raised during above period only.

Objections raised by the candidates, if any, will be considered and evaluated before processing of the result. Thereafter, RRBs will hold additional CBT (second stage examination) in terms of paras 8.12 and 14.03 of CEN 03/2015.
