State Bank of India has been conducting SBI PO Exam every year. This year, State Bank of India has invited applications to fill 2200+ vacancies as SBI PO. The SBI PO 2016 exam started with the SBI PO Prelims exam on 2nd July. The exam is to be conducted in two phases – Prelims & Mains. Paper Pattern for SBI PO 2016 Prelims
Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective questions for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:

The number of candidates to be selected for the Main exam after the Preliminary exam is approximately 20 times the numbers of vacancies (2200) subject to availability, which will be approximately equal to 45000. These candidates will be called to write the Main Examination at a later date.
