SSC CHSL 2016: Tier II results to be declared on October 18 at ssc.nic.in
This year, a total of 30,57,993 candidates appeared for SSC CHSL 2017 preliminary or Tier I exam of which only 53201 candidates qualified for the descriptive paper, that is Tier II.

SSC CHSL 2016 Tier 2 Result: The Staff Selection Commission will announce the results of CHSL 2016 Tier II on October 18 instead of October 26. SSC has preponed the result date to almost a week. The SSC CHSL Tier II exam was a descriptive type and was held on July 9. Every year, the commission conducts to CHSL exam to fill vacancies in various government departments. This time it released over 5000 posts notification.

Previous year’s cut-off for general category was at 119 marks with 15,150 candidates scored above than 119 marks. The cut-off for OBC, SC, ST, OBC, and Ex-Servicemen category stands at 110, 99, 89.50 and 45.50 respectively.

- Court Clerk: Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200) + Grade Pay Rs. 1900 (pre-revised)
