The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released revised calendar on its official website, ssc.nic.in

Due to recent postponement of various SSC exams Like CGL, CPFA etc the previous SSC Exam Calendar which was announced on 18th April is scrapped and on 10th April, 2017 SSC had announced a Revised calendar for various SSC Exams in 2017-18

It includes the Revised Exam Dates of SSC CGL 2017, SSC CHSL 2017 and various other Recruitment and Departmental Exams.

SSC has published the revised calendar for their various examinations, including the most famous CGL & CHSL examinations. The commission had delayed the announcement of the Combined Graduate Level exam which was scheduled to be held for the month of March 2017.

But due to some administrative reasons, that were not divulged to the public, the notification was not upload.Now, with a new set of dates it is now certain that the SSC CGL 2017 exam is getting postponed. SSC CGL: The date of notification is revised & would now be uploaded on their website on May 16, 2017.

While the closing date of online registrations is fixed on June 16, 2017, the Tier 1 exam shall be conducted from August 1 to 20, 2017.

Candidates who qualify in Tier I shall become eligible for next stages of selections which are Tier II, III & IV.

• Tier II: November 10 & 11, 2017
• Tier III: January 21, 2018
• Tier IV: February or March 2018

SSC CHSL: The Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Exam for candidates who have completed 10+2 level are eligible to apply for these positions. The notification of SSC CHSL 2017 exam would be on November 18 and the online application process ends on December 18.

Tier 1 exam is scheduled to be held from March 20 to April 20, 2018.

Tier 2 exam shall be conducted on June 24, 2018. CHSL 2016 Tier 2 exam date has also been announced, now the Tier 2 exam will be held on June 25, 2017.

SSC MTS: The SSC MTS exam 2017 had already been announced & examinations are to be held on April 30, May 14 & 28 and June 4 & 11, 2017. SSC Steno Exam: The SSC Stenographer examination for posts in grade ‘C’ & ‘D’, should be notified on June 17.

It shall be open for registrations until July 15th & the computer based tests shall be conducted from September 4 to 7. The Staff Selection Commission, in its modified calendar has also given the dates for departmental examinations such as Upper Division Clerks Ltd. Departmental Competitive Examination, Lower Division Clerk Ltd Departmental Competitive Exam, Stenographer Grade-‘C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Exam etc., The official notification regarding these change of dates, can be downloaded from their website here
