This time, the Commission has also warned about the reuse of its own content. Just like you can not add anything to the new research paper from the research paper you have submitted earlier. This too would be considered plagiarism. In the past, the Ministry of Human Resource Development and UGC have issued a number of guidelines which have warned about plagiarism related to research.
In a recent notice, the UGC has said, “If you use a little or full of your previously published paper and submit it as your new and original paper, it will not be acceptable.”
