UPSC NDA and NA Examination 2015 Apply Online

UPSC NDA and NA Examination 2015 Apply Online – Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released notification to conduct National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II) 2015 for admission to Army, Navy & Air Force wing of the NDA for the 136^th Course and for the 98^th Indian Naval Academy (INAC) commencing from 2^nd July 2016. UPSC will conduct an examination on 27^th September 2015 regarding the same.

The estimated number of vacancies to be filled on the results of this examination will be as under:-

National Defence: 320 [208 for Academy Army, 42 for Navy and 70 Air Force]

Naval Academy [10+2] Cadet Entry Scheme: 55

Total: 375

Age Limit: Candidates should born not earlier than 02-01-1997 and not later than 01-01-2000

All the papers of UPSC NDA and NA are of objective type and are required to attempt various sections which include English, General Knowledge and Elementary Mathematics. Each paper will be of 100 marks. Candidates successful in the written exam are called for an interview by a Service Selection Board which evaluates a candidate’s suitability for a career in the Indian Armed Forces.

Educational Qualifications –

For Army Wing of NDA12^th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education, or equivalent.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy12 th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education with Physics and Mathematics, or equivalent.

Application Fee: Candidates (excepting Female /SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by Cash, State Bank of Bikaner andJaipur/State bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card
