This time its good news for the students. There is a single form which is valid for all colleges except for St Stephen’s College and Jesus and Mary College, which will have their own forms
The best part about the whole process is the students now would be eligible for all the colleges that means no more choosing five options. A student only needs to fill their choice of course and if the student meets the cut off criteria , they can go to the college for admission.
As one can see from the chart that seats offered across 61 colleges are 54,000 out of which only 27,270 seats for general category and rest 26,730 seats are to be allotted to candidates from OBC and SC/ ST category. Apart from that, there will be 5% supernumerary seats for sports and ECA admission in each college and another 3% supernumerary seats for persons with disability. While the registration period for the sports and ECA admission is same as that of centralized registration, candidates have to contact the colleges for details and registration forms.
