The first cut-off list for diverse programmes under the Bachelor of Science course in different colleges of the University of Delhi will be notified on 25 June 2015. However, the students must not be disheartened if they fall short of marks or fail to get admission in their desired college or course after the first cut-off as there are a few more to come. Total seven cut-off lists will be announced by the University of Delhi (if the seats remain vacant) this year; the last one will be let out on 24 July 2015.
For the 2014-15 academic year, the first cut-off for B. Sc in Physics and Chemistry for the general category students in the top colleges like Hans Raj was set at about 97%, while it was around 93% for the reserved categories.

The dates for the release of several cut-off lists are as follows:
- First cut-off list – 25 June, 2015
- Second cut-off list – 30 June, 2015
- Third cut-off list – 4 July, 2015
- Fourth cut-off list (if any) – 9 July, 2015
- Fifth cut-off list (if any) – 14 July, 2015
- Sixth cut-off list (if any) – 20 July, 2015
- Seventh cut-off list (if any) – 24 July, 2015
