Its somewhat a breather for students aspiring to study in DU. There are 18 colleges that have seats open for BCom (H) in DU Fourth Cutoff list. The colleges list includes Hindu where the drop is only 0.25% from the third cut off list to 96.75% .

For South Campusdelhi DU colleges, Bhagat Singh college and Gargi have both reopened for BCom with cutoffs of 95% and 94.5% respectively.

For ECO students 16 colleges still have openings in the DU fourth cut off and two most popular colleges for ECO , Hindu in north campus and Venkateswara in south campus both have still high cut offs .
