Latest News : 29/03)2017 – The CBSE has extended the deadline for candidates to revise their centres for national entrance exam for admission to medical colleges till 31 March.
The board has also added another centre in Nanded (Maharashtra), taking the number of centres for National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test (NEET) to 104, ” CBSE said in a statement.
The candidates who wish to revise their examination centres were granted a window from 24-27 March.
According to the CBSE, a record 11,35,104 candidates have registered for the exam, which is 41.42% more than the previous year’s number. In 2016, 8,02,594 aspirants had registered for the NEET.

The candidates who wish to revise their examination centres can do it from March 24 to 27.

- Log on to the official website – cbseneet.nic.in
- On the homepage, click at ‘exam city correction’ flashing below online services
- Enter your registration, password and click on login
- Revise your city option
As against over 8.02 lakh candidates in 2016, this year, the number of candidates registering for NEET is in excess of 11.35 lakh, an increase of over 41 per cent.
The new list includes four cities each from Karnataka and Maharashtra, three from Gujarat and Tamil Nadu each, two each from Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and Kerala and one city each from Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The NEET 2017 for admission to MBBS/ BDS courses in Medical Council of India (MCI)/ Dental Council of India approved medical/dental colleges, will be held on May 7.
